Kings Cross St Pancras is one of London’s most iconic buildings. I still remember vividly the first time I saw it – I was transfixed and stared at it in awe for ageeees! Well till we drove past it anyway. 🙂 Back then, I remember the whole neighbourhood being slightly grimy yet this in now way diminished the beauty of the building. These days, the neighbourhood and even the building has been done up and is now both an expensive piece of real estate and a magnificent gateway to European travel (like on our trip to Paris earlier in the year). The best part though is that you can/could buy homes there. I say ‘could’ as this is one of the hottest properties on the market and even average houses in average neighbourhoods in London get snapped up very quickly let alone one like this. I came across this while lazily searching for nothing tangible and I think I’m in deep apartment-lust (or home envy… so many emotions right now! hehe!) In any case, here’s why…
