This is some of the randomness that ensues when you come across sunflower fields.
There is almost no rhyme or reason to this post. 🙂 I’d never really seen sunflowers grown on such a large scale before and we decided to stop to check them out.
I think we may have arrived in Italy a few weeks too late as most of the sunflower plans were pretty much dried up and out of season but still, when you see a sunflower field. You’ve gotta stop what you’re doing and go explore it in more detail! 🙂 🙂 🙂 (Okay, you don’t really have to but why shouldn’t you? 🙂 )
