You’ve got 10 hours to see the sights in Bali.
Okay, the reason you have 10 hours is that you have the car on hire for 10 hours. Well, 9 hours really but you know how to stretch things and get some extra time… And here’s how you do it!
First off visit with the locals and learn more about life in Bali and Balinese cultures and crafts
Next go check out Tegenungan waterfalls…
Head over to Goa Gajah Temple
Stop for some refreshments (you’ll need it!)
Check out the wild life:-) Hehehe!
Head over to Mount Batur (which is an active volcano) and also check out Danau Batur (the lake) while you’re there…
Pop into a plantation where you can get some raw cocoa beans and some locally made chocolate…
… but even better – you can try some of the world’s most expensive coffee! Kopi Luwak is a coffee made from animal poop – as I said, you have 10 hours to tour Bali so if you don’t know what Kopi Luwak is, I’m gonna have to explain the whole poop coffee to you in some other post! 🙂
Head over to Gunung Kawi Sebatu Temple
Check out the neighbouring rice fields…
And finish off with a visit to Ubud Royal Palace!
Our tour guide was amazing! He was so helpful and patient (hence why a 9 hour trip turned into 10 hours) but I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re ever in Bali – get in touch with him at: I GEDE TOP+OK, Almat: Jl. Bakung, Gang 5 No. 2 Tohpati, Denpasar Timur, Bali. PHONE NUMBER: +628563725343
