Arrive at the bus/car stop next to Koutoubia Mosque…
Head off towards the main square – Jemaa el-Fnaa (which is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage site and actually inspired that list)…
Pop into the souks…
Perhaps even stop for a little treat…
Head through winding maps and alleyways. If you’ve never been before, perhaps go armed with a map so you don’t get lost. It’s okay if you do get lost (you will probably end up seeing much more this way) but it will just take you much longer to get to where you want to go…
Finally, you arrived at Bahia Palace – heralded by orange trees…
Walk in and spend a couple of hours wandering through the surprisingly cool palace grounds and gardens. Only ‘surprisingly cool’ because of the huge temperature difference when compared to the heat outside of the palace…
In any case, I’ll leave you with the photos from Bahia Palace. 🙂
