Okay, this one is several months late but I guess most of the stuff in it is still relevant (sans perhaps the Christmas market stuff)… 😁

As you already know, we were in Hamburg in December with Eurowings to check out the Christmas markets and it was everything I wanted and more out of German Christmas markets.

It’s funny, I used to take it for granted back in the day when it popped up in Edinburgh but over the past few years, I’ve been so into my Christmas markets.

Christmas markets, aside, Hamburg is quite a pretty German city! It’s one of the ‘shiniest’ German cities I’ve visited (apparently, this may also be because it’s one of the wealthiest) and apparently, it’s known for having sporadic weather (something we’re used to coming from the UK) but even that can’t dull its shine.
