There isn’t really much to this story! Ha!
Visiting Boston, my friends recommended I head over to Harvard and see what the general neighbourhood is like.
I’d never been so I figured “Hey, why not?”
Long story short, I ended up getting frozen yoghurt and headed for the nearest patch of grass I could find which ended up being smack in the middle of Harvard Square.
Halfway through my froyo, this little guy shows up! I know squirrels are pretty common but this has got to be the friendliest squirrel I have ever seen.
Okay, maybe the fruit pieces in my froyo have something to do with his friendliness (he did eat most of it) but the little critter got pretty close (I swear he was like a pet) and I was able to get some pretty cool photos of him just doing his own thing! 🙂
Eventually, I decided to move my butt off the grass and explore more of Harvard. It’s a surprisingly beautiful campus and in almost a throwback kinda way.
I love the Ivy covered houses, the rustic houses, the cool little shops.
I think I was expecting very little (hence why the first thing I did was to get a froyo instead of running around exploring Cambridge, Massachusetts) and so I was taken by surprise by how much I really liked the Cambridge and the Harvard Campus.
