I have a love affair with Wales. Wales as a whole has been one of my favourite places in the UK and it was home for quite some time so I may be biased here but the Welsh are some of the kindest and warmest people you’ll meet.
…And then there’s that dramatic coastline, too!
The rolling hills, beautiful beaches (sandy or rocky), sheer cliffs that drop into the seas, waterfalls and stunning castles.
There’s just so much to see and do here and I always voraciously recommend a visit to anyone who even remotely indicates that they’re thinking about visiting.
After a few days in Scotland (which, by the way, if you’re visiting from England is the best visit via the West Coast for some stunning views), I headed down to Wales and today, after driving around for a bit, Lloyd and I decided to try to see more of the countryside on foot.
In truth, I was just hoping for a nice walk to a nearby pub and instead, found some of the more beautiful scenery I’ve come across.
But rather than trying to explain it to you, I figured I’d show it to you instead. 🙂
