Yes, you read that right! Not “kinda free” or “cheap” – 101 FREE Things To Do In London!!!! And this includes every single major attraction in London – and then some more!
Living in London has made us really savvy with money (with house prices in London at the price of a tiny fortune, financial savviness is a necessity for every Londoner) and thanks to having restless feet and needing to explore as much of London as possible, over the years, we’ve curated a book on the best way to see London and have an amazing time absolutely FREE!
For example, although it costs £17 to visit the rather impressive St Paul’s Cathedral in London but did you know that you can actually see the cathedral (and other amazing churches like Westminster Abbey) for free if you attend an evensong service? Choral evensong at St Paul’s Cathedral are held everyday – and you not only get to enjoy the cathedral but you also get to enjoy a choral service too.
Speaking of Westminster Abbey, did you know that you could climb up to the top of Big Ben (inside of it), see the actual Big Ben and wait to head it chime while taking the view of London from the top of the tower all for free? Yes. You. Can. And, this isn’t one of those kinda things that a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend has done and told us about. Lloyd and I did this a couple of years back and we even got to watch the Prime Minister, The Deputy Prime Minister, the Opposition Leader (the guy who wants to be Prime Minister at the next election) and a whole host of MPs argue about the stuff that’s going on in the country and who should be done about it. (It’s a lot more uncivilised than I expected and actually somewhat aggressive watching them argue with each other but it sure is entertaining!). Doing this is limited to people who live in the UK (but this is the only 1 out of the 101 things on the list that is).
If you’re planning on visiting London or indeed if you live in London, this is the book you need! Our challenge to you is to tick off as much of the stuff on this list as you possibly can during your time in London and seeing as it won’t cost you a single penny – you have no excuses. 🙂
You can get this book now and make the most of your London experience while spending literally £0!
